• Menyambut dan melayani pengunjung
• Menjelaskan dan mempresentasikan produk, fasilitas dan area kantor kepada pengunjung
• Menerima dan mengarsip surat/paket untuk Klien
• Menangani pemesanan ruang rapat
• Mengatur dan membuat laporan kebutuhan persedian ATK dan minum kantor cabang

Qualifications:

• Minimal pendidikan Diploma tanpa pengalaman kerja atau lulusan SMA/SMK dengan pengalaman kerja dibidang pelayanan minimal 1 tahun
• Memiliki kemampuan Ms Office (Words dan Excel)
• Memiliki kepribadian yang ramah, aktif dan percaya diri
• Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris menjadi bonus poin

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, networking and outreach (e.g cold calling, email campaigns)
• Effectively manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring consistent follow-ups and update
• Meet or exceed target monthly & annual goals set by the company

Job Description :

• Effectively coordinate with the Permit team and clients, using clear and professional communication.  
• Assist clients with tax administration matters at the Tax Office (KPP).  
• Complete the preparation of financial statements.  
• Ensure timely completion of clients' monthly tax obligations
   

Job Qualification :
 

• D3 or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a tax-related role. 
• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.    

Job Description :

• Support the production team during video shoots by setting up equipment and managing lighting and audio and help with camera operation
• Assist in editing video footage using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Familiarity with design software and technologies like InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and Capcut
• Help add graphics, music, and sound effects to enhance video content
• Work closely with the production team to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts

Job Qualification :

• Currently pursuing a degree or fresh graduate in film, media production, communications, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of video production and editing is a plus
• Familiarity with video editing software or willingness to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English
